Our plastic-free packaging can be disposed of in the home recycling bin. Customers in some European countries can dispose of our plastic recyclable packaging in their dry recycling bins at home. Other customers can dispose of recyclable plastic packaging at collection points in major shopping malls.
Traditional flexible packaging laminates are not considered widely recyclable. If recyclable flexible packaging is required, it is recommended to choose 100%LDPE and plastic-free paper, both of which are considered widely recyclable in Europe.
We can produce packaging about environmental protection, we follow the flexible packaging design and sustainable development ideas. This range includes options such as recyclable and plastic-free flexible packaging.
We can provide simple packaging printing design services, we can not design complex patterns from scratch. But we can recommend designers we often work with.
Digital printing - 5 colors CMYK + white Hd Flexo - 9 colors, including varnish Intaglio printing - 9 colors, including varnish Offset - up to 7 colors * Note: some colors of digital printing can not be completed well, and dark colors can easily lead to large deviations in printing colors (darker and darker). These colors are brown, purple, rose, dark green, dark green, sapphire blue, brown and other deep color series.
We offer digital printing, rotary gravure printing, HD flexo printing and offset printing options. * It should be noted that digital printing can support small batches of beautiful pattern design customization, without producing printed versions, but the price is slightly more expensive.
We offer a prototyping service where you can receive up to 5 printed hand samples at each SKU for demonstrations, exhibitions, shelf life testing, product sizing, etc.
We do not provide packaging services, but are happy to recommend packers we work with for many different product types.
We can provide all the certifications you need. Supply partners are reviewed annually by our quality team. All packaging intended for direct contact with food is in full compliance with food safety regulations. Food safety is no small matter, and we pay great attention to it.
Generally speaking, each order is shipped with a deposit and full payment received. Support a variety of payment platforms, the specific can be discussed in detail with customer service.
All our packaging is custom made. Sometimes we may have some inventory left over from unprinted orders, in which case we often provide them to customers who need a small amount for a one-time project.
Digital printing Produce all digital print orders within 2 weeks of final design approval. (Digital printing does not require the production of printed plates, and supports a small number of customization) Gravure/flexo printing Flexo and gravure orders can be placed from 2-6 weeks lead time. * Please note that delivery times may vary depending on order requirements and time of year
